After the research training meeting, Ministry of Agriculture has sent 26 investigation groups to different regions for anti-drought guidance and preparation of spring plowing.
Minister Han Changfu requires each group to fully grasp the current rural agricultural development situation, especially about the drought and spring plowing. He stressed that the investigation groups should understand the new situation, find out the problems and promote implementation of related policies and measures. For those investigation groups to the north of China where winter wheat is planted, Mr. Han said we should help solve the farmers with difficulties in production and strengthen the policy implementation.
